Our Mobile Solution range of vans has been specifically designed and built tough to withstand the rigours of travelling to and from the most remote of areas of Australia whilst providing comfortable clean accommodation and amenities for your workers. They has now been extensively tested by a number of exploration, mining and drilling companies such as Ausdrill, Atlas Iron, Sandfire Resources, Vale Exploration and Welldrill. Models have also been supplied to hire companies including Remote Hire WA,
Alluvial Remote Camps, Site Project Group and Longreach Camps and these have been successfully let to a variety of users throughout the State.
Caravans designed for onsite accommodation have also been designed and built with great success and again we are willing to custom design to your requirements. Using the latest innovations in van construction the Geostar product is easy to maintain and will provide trouble free service for many years.
The Company has established infrastructure and experienced staff, and can increase production at short notice to ensure our clients meet their deadlines.
All major parts of the Mobile Solutions are built in-house including the one piece side panels, cupboards and chassis.
The side and roof panels are a one piece composite construction made of styrofoam and aluminium. The foam used is based on the Dow Styrofoam product which has a number of significant positive qualities particular in relation to its strength, insulation of sound, heat and water proofing. Panels are made at the factory and cut to size and design by our purpose built CNC router machine. The panels are extremely strong and offer excellent heat and sound insulation, making for a quiet and pleasant environment for the occupants.

A choice of cupboard construction is offered with the standard being laminated MDF or chipboard. A lighter option utilises the state of the art “Ayres Board” which is also a composite material made with an aluminium or cardboard core and high pressure laminate. This material is used extensively in both the aeronautical and marine industries and meets the highest industry standards. This panel offers exceptional durability along with substantial weight savings. This option needs to be specified when placing the order. The CNC router precision cuts all Ayes Board for the cupboards.
The chassis are also made at the factory and are built to endure the toughest conditions. They feature thicker (5mm) steel sizes and more cross beams than most other manufactures and are hot dipped galvanised.
All units comply with Australian Standards and Civil Law requirements as inspected and licensed for use in Australia.
